Leaders in Mukono district commends Bp. Grivas Musisi for starting a Radio

Local leaders in Mukono district have commended the proprietor of Dunamis radio for starting a radio station in their community.

Meeting at Prayer Palace Christian Centre for a thanksgiving prayer, the leaders led by the Mukono district local government chairperson Andrew Ssenyonga revealed that Dunamis radio have contributed a lot towards the development of Mukono as a city.

The leaders included the area member of Parliament, Hon Betty Nambooze Bakireke among a number of local leaders from the district and the lower local governments.

Other leaders present was the county leader of Kyaggwe county in Buganda Kingdom, The Ssekiboobo Alex Benjamin Kigongo.

onga, the district chairperson of Mukono narrated the advantages of Dunamis Radio in the area saying the radio has helped the community of Mukono to improve on their standards of living through the educative programs that airs on Dunamis Radio.

Dunamis Radio has eased our work. We can now easily reach the masses with the use of Dunamis. I saw this during my campaigns as everyone was praising the radio for supporting community development.”

The area member of parliament, Hon. Betty Nambooze said that the radio has changed the people’s mindset noting that this has made the people of Mukono to have a different mindset.

Bp. Brivas Musisi however thanked the leaders saying he was humbled by the massive number of leaders and the people from the community of Mukono for choosing to thank him when he is still alive. He called for a partnership that can help in promoting more developments in the community
